Jania Massey

Jania Massey is non-profit consultant, award-winning social impact leader, and the founder of Huepact.

After serving over 350 young ladies and generating over a quarter million dollars for programming through her own non-profit Stiletto Boss University, she’s using her experience and expertise to support other non-profit organizations and founders create measurable impact.

Using her Community Centered Programming framework, she’s helped her clients develop programs and raise over $750,000.

She’s currently on a mission to help [25] more non-profit organizations and leaders in 2025.

When she’s not helping her clients create more impact and gain more funding, she can be found traveling, reading, or learning a new language.

Jania Impact

Jania offers workshops and consult grassroot organizations that seek to drive impact, along with program development for larger organizations interested in social giving, organizational structure and beyond. Her work spans across a variety of areas such as:

✓Fundraising: Organized and hosted several galas or initiatives that raised more than $1.5 million. Additionally, raised $1 million+ for Stiletto Boss University since inception.

✓Event Planning: Organized a series of events for The Finance Bar sponsored by Northwestern Mutual, Curls, and the Plutus Foundation that toured Houston, Atlanta, New York, and Washington, DC.

✓Training & Development: Created programming for Black Executive Director Network, teaching grassroot leaders how to build a sustainable and impactful organization.

✓Community Engagement: Served hundreds of people within Charlotte and surrounding areas by providing programming and branch events that address the concerns and needs of the community. 

In 2015, Jania was honored as a 40 under 40 honoree at WSSU and in 2016, named one of the Seven to Watch in 2017 by the Charlotte Observer, 2019 Trailblazer Award from her alma mater West Charlotte High School, 2019 Candace Award for Economic Empowerment from 100 Black Women - Charlotte Chapter and 2022 Career Mastered Impact 50 honorees She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
